Quick Catch Up

I am working on a more detailed post but please enjoy these bullet points for now.


  • Dempsey's 3rd round of high-dose methatrexate went well
  • Dempsey went without food for 20 hrs because he had a lumbar puncture ("procedure") and then slept off anesthesia
  • Dempsey had blood sugar issues from the above which, I believe, led to some nausea and a headache Thursday/ Friday
  • Dempsey was blessed with a brand new Batman costume, complete with TWO Batarangs, from a nurse. When she told other nurses she was going to donate it they all told her "No! You HAVE to give it to Dempsey... he loves superheroes."
  • Lots of Turtle Talk visits
  • A trip to the Seacrest Studios
  • Drank lots of Aloe Vera Plus
  • Lots of laughs and fun with Ella (#BraveBoyle)
  • New friends for Mom
  • Conversations about nutrition and cancer
  • Love our nurses
  • God is faithful and good!!
  • I had to BLOW DRY Dempsey's hair after bath tonight!!
