While we were watching the part in Zootopia where Nick Wilde says to Judy Hopps, "Officer Hopps", as he lets her get into the aerial tram first...

"Is that a boy or a girl?"
Officer Hopps?
"Yeah"
She's a girl.
"See, that why... girls go first. Girls always go first."
